Rachael London (she/her) is an evolving multi-media producer, artist, designer and researcher based in Baltimore, MD. She loves being out in nature, riding her bike and connecting with people who do too. But she loves technology and can be seen in link above on Zoom.

Her work starts with listening to people. She aims to reflect their needs through media, events, design or research. She believes in the power of social science and direct, creative action - integrating the two. Meeting clients where they are, her work takes many forms based on the people, partners, site, task at hand and resources. The form of each project is shaped by the targeted audience. She uses contextualized visual language, dependent on audience and site, to create innovative work that is connected and comprehensible. Iterative processes and design thinking guide her research and broader work.

She enjoys collaborating and regularly works as an artist, designer, educator, performer, researcher and producer with architects, community groups, non-profits, individual clients, design firms, media production houses and social researchers.

She trained in Urban Studies, Urban Ecology and Urban Planning at Eugene Lang College, Integrated Design at Parsons The New School for Design in New York City, Fine Arts at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), and audio production at The Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine. She is currently a Bloomberg Fellow at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health focusing on qualitative methods, logic models, design thinking and other tools for enhancing programs that support health equity, public space and environmental justice.
